Hemp Seed Tea is beneficial to our health because the seeds contain Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids as well as vitamin E. Hemp seeds can be crushed like olives and produce a thick oil which can then be rubbed on the skin and put in food while it is cooking. I think that only time will tell how beneficial this plant will be. Although the Government has not approved the use of Medicinal Cannabis I think it will be approved in the near future.
