All orders are sent via Australia Post, standard postage.
These orders take between 5/10 days to arrive within Australia.
Overseas orders are sent via air mail with Australia Post. You can expect to receive your Overseas order in approximately 10/15 working days from the date of departure depending on the destination. Currently some delays are being experienced due to Covid19.
Anne Taylor Consultancy Pty Ltd, through aussieproducts.com.au, is an agent for various manufacturers all over Australia and because of this the goods originate from the address of each supplier, which ensures the customer is paying the exact shipping cost. Customers can put multiple items from one supplier as well as from various suppliers into their cart at once.
Delivery terms included delivery areas, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are contained in our Shipping details. The Delivery Policy is expressly incorporated in these Purchase Terms.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Suppliers will happily exchange for unsuitable items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to info@aussieproducts.com.au.
If a supplier is contacted outside the 7-day limit, a Supplier may refuse any requests for exchange.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on faulty items or if there is a size problem. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange.
For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to the Supplier (please email aussieproducts for the address) at the customer’s expense and a return prepaid express post pack must be included for new items to be returned to you. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at the Supplier and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, and sent along with original email invoice.
