It is imperative that you order the correct size when purchasing online as you will pay the cost to return the goods and then an additional cost to send the correct size back. If you have checked your size as per the website, then you should have ordered correctly.
How do you check your size?
For Hats there should be a guide on “How to measure your head”.
Measure your head and then check the size according to the chart. There is a chart shown in centimetres and inches.
For Clothing there should be a guide on “How to measure your chest”. Measure your chest and check the size according to the chart. This is in inches and centimeters
Shoe Sizes are important and you should know the size for your country.
I want to put the shoe sizes in for each country but I cannot add a chart.
Kids sizes and booties are shown on the website.
If these instructions are followed, then you don’t need to worry that the incorrect size will be sent.
