Is my Privacy safe on the Aussie Products site?

We know your privacy is important, so we’ll never pass on any of your details to anyone without your permission. The information that you provide to us will be kept secure and only used for the purposes for which it is provided.

Is GST (Goods and Services Tax) included in the price?

Yes.  GST is already included in the price for Australian customers.  Overseas customers’ total will be reduced by 10% (GST) on all goods.

How are goods sent?

Generally, goods are sent via Australia Post for Australia and Overseas.  In the case of the “Sexto” and “Octo” Sheepskin rugs these can only be sent via Courier as they are too heavy to post.  Please ask for a quote.   If you wish to purchase the “Wood Fired Oven” you will also have to ask for a quote.  Again this item is too heavy to post and is sent via Freight.

What currency is used at the checkout?

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

Can I combine products from different suppliers at the checkout?

Yes. There is no limit to the amount of products or suppliers you can add at the checkout.  Postage is calculated from the point of origin to you.

How will I pay for my order and is payment secure?

Secure ways to pay for your order:

1          Payment by credit card or PayPal:

This service offers the latest in internet security to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers from interception by hackers. This system accepts Visa and MasterCard.

2          Payment through bank transfer/direct deposit:

If you would prefer to directly deposit your payment into our bank account, this is possible. When selecting direct deposit in the checkout system, you will be provided with our bank account details. Please transfer the payment from your financial institution, and include your name and order ID in the reference fields. This is very important so we know where the payment is coming from. Once the transfer is complete, your items will be sent.

3          Payment by cheque/money order:

Select payment by cheque/money order during the checkout process. You will be required to print the payment slip (in the contact us page), where you can fill in your information and send your cheque/ money order to our postal address. Once your cheque has cleared (allow 3 working days) we will send your products. Please ensure you include your name and order ID with your payment.

How can I track my order and will it arrive safely?

Parcels sent within Australia are sent via “Standard Post”.
Overseas parcels are sent via “Air Mail” and include insurance. Please contact us at if you have any concerns about your order’s delivery status.
If no one is home when the order arrives, Australia Post will leave details of where you can pick your parcel up. No parcels will be delivered without the customer’s signature, unless you have given us special delivery instructions for the parcel to be delivered without a signature. Parcels that are given an ‘Authority to Leave’ are not covered by our delivery guaranteed policy.
